What changes?
You stop living as though you are a problem that needs to be constantly solved.
There is more space in your mind.
More attention for your relationships, creativity, work, experiences and the things you actually want to do.
You can still care about beauty. You can still want to become more beautiful.
But it begins to come from a completely different place.
A place where you no longer feel trapped in your own mind, or like an alien in your own body.
You can admire another woman without immediately wondering what she has that you don't. You don't automatically start analysing her face, body, hair, clothes - trying to figure out what she's doing differently and how you can be more like her.
You can see yourself in a photograph without immediately searching for what's wrong or pointing out every flaw. You don't spiral when it doesn't look the way you wish it did.
You can go out in public without feeling like you need to constantly monitor every look someone gives you. You don't decode every interaction, every glance or every comment, wondering what people are thinking about you.
Instead of constantly searching outside yourself for the thing that will finally make you feel different, you begin to experience something priceless:
I am free to exist just the way that I am.
